I am glad to inform you that our society was established 6 years ago, in collaboration with the University Hospital, the Hospital Universtiy of Kebangsaan Malaysia and general hospital Kuala Lumpur. The society was registered on 25th June 2003.

It has been six years since the Society was formed. Many of us have benefited from the various activities arranged by the Society with the support of few members. It is my hope that the members will continue to benefit from the society. In order to achieve this we need greater participation and contribution from every member – especially in sharing our time and experience to newly diagnosed patients. My hope is to start a counseling clinic in all the main Hospitals.

I look forward to get full support of the members so that this organization will succeed in achieving our aims which are

a) Provide patients suffering from MS with a support network
b) To increase public awareness
c) To seek government assistance in approving the availability of the medicine to sufferers who cannot afford to buy the same because the medicine is costly and as such, not many patients can afford to incur the cost every month.
